The Revitalise Day Retreat

An in-person retreat to pause, create clarity, energy and direction …. to realign with what matters most to you

If you are a woman who wants some time and space to step back from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater intention …this is for you.

Hosted at my home in Milton Keynes, we will reflect on what you want from life, design an action plan of how to get it, sustainably.

We will also take a walk around Furzton Lake, practicing gratitude and meditation, followed by a shared lunch,

You will leave grounded, clear, and energised.

Who this retreat is for (and who it’s not)

This retreat is for you if:

  • You want space to think, reflect, and reconnect. But you don’t want another productivity push

  • You’re at a point where clarity and alignment matter more than speed

This retreat may not be for you if:

  • You’re looking for a fast-paced, high-energy event

  • You want rigid frameworks or prescriptive answers

  • You enjoy hustling or prefer not to reflect

This is a day for women who lead their careers, families and lives with integrity, clarity, and care.
